البرنامج تم تصميمه لادارة شركات المقاولات ذات الافرع المتعددة او ذات المواقع المتعددة وهو يحتوي على خمس واجهات مختلفة ( محاسبة وشؤون موظفين وادارة الموقع والمكتب الهندسي واخيرا الادارة العامة) والفكرة الاساسية تتلخص في ربط هذه الافرع او المواقع مع الادارة بقاعدة بيانات واحدة عن طريق الانترنت ، البرنامج يتيح لمديري الشركة والموظفين بالدخول على بيانات اي موقع او فرع من اي مكان بمجرد ادخال اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور كما يمكن للمدير العام توصيف صلاحيات كل فرد من افراد الشركة بكل دقة بحيث لا تتداخل المهام ولا يتعدى الموظف صلاحياته.

البرنـامج يمكن الادارة من التـواصـل مع الطـلاب وأوليـاء الامـور بكـل سهولة ، ويمكن للطالب او لولي الأمر متابعة نتائج الطلاب ومستوى المواظبة من حضور وغياب ، والواجبات المنزلية التي تخص الطلاب و الرسوم الدراسية المدفوعة والمتبقية ، كما يمكن اعطاء صلاحيات للمدرسين بحيث يقوموا باضافة درجات الاختبارات او اضافة ملاحظاتهم على اداء الطلاب او اضافة الواجبات اليومية، ويمكن من خلال البرنامج ارسال بريد الكتروني لاولياء الامور او الطلاب سواء مراسلات فردية او للجميع دفعة واحدة، او رسائل داخلية ، او رسائل قصيرة (SMS)، الجميع يمكنهم المشاركة في اضافة اخبار او مقالات او كتب الكترونية او روابط مفيدة ولكن لن يظهر شئ من ذلك الا بعد تفعيلها من ادارة المدرسة.
